Hi, my name is Joanna, and I am addicted to Pinterest.
Ever since I discovered Pinterest, I’ve been hooked. I have tried a ridiculous amount of crafts, recipes and DIY projects that I have seen on there. Some of them have turned out alright, others… not so much. I may have a few “Pinterest fails” under my belt.
But, when it comes to the recipes especially, if I find a winner that I get delicious results with, and they actual look edible, I like to share them so that everyone else can be a Pinterest Recipes winner as well:)
Generous, I know.
(All photos are my own from personal attempts at the recipes)
Breakfast Egg Muffins
I was looking for a new and exciting breakfast recipe because I was getting bored of making the same thing every morning. When I saw these, they looked like something I could successfully make!
These were so easy to make, super healthy, and you can switch out the fillings for anything you want! I used turkey sausage, broccoli and some green peppers.
They were a huge hit with my entire family, especially my girls. Something about being able to eat food with their hands is really exciting to them. I just let them eat these like a normal muffin.
You can find the original pin here: “Paleo Diet Breakfast: Egg Muffins”
Balsamic and Rosemary Roasted Red Potatoes
I have made these REPEATEDLY and can’t get enough. I double the amount of balsamic and add more rosemary as well. For some reason the original recipe didn’t have enough flavor for my liking, but that’s all personal taste:)
I don’t eat plain yellow or russet potatoes ever, but I do love baby red and sweet potatoes. I think you could take a lighter hand with the rosemary and even substitute the red potatoes for sweet potatoes. Let me know if you try that out!
I made these with my Turkey Meatloaf and it is a perfect combination!
Broccoli and Cheese Soup
This has always been my all-time favorite type of soup. If I could pick one comfort food that wasn’t a dessert, this would be my top choice!
The recipe turned out perfectly. The only think I did was add some chopped, baked chicken to it after the soup was finished for some added protein.
Thanks to Phyllis from Verified Mom for posting the picture of your attempt at a similar recipe. Pointed me in the direction of this pin!

White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies
These are the perfect combination of sweet and tart. I love white chocolate and cranberries each separately. So when I saw them combined, of course I had to try them out!
They turned out really soft and wonderfully gooey from the melted chocolate chips. Yummy! Perfect for those upcoming holiday plates we all love to make.

Coconut Macaroons (Also Pictured Above)
These are the easiest cookies in the world to make and they are a HUGE Pinterest win, especially if you are a coconut lover like myself.
I made these as part of the holiday plates I gave away last year and they were to die for! They are on the sweeter side of the cookie scale, but still have great flavor and texture. I think I will try to drizzle some dark chocolate over the top of them this year.
