Fall is right around the corner, and I am so beyond excited! With the start of school, the weather changing, a new season, I wanted to start a new series on my blog. I used to do this on my sister-blog, but since that is no longer (sad face), I thought it would be fun to restart this series over here. Every season, I will be sharing one makeup look that fits for that season; what’s trending in the makeup world, the colors of the season, classic makeup for that season, etc… I am enlisting the help of two gorgeous ladies who have different skin tones than myself, to show you all how this this fall makeup look on three skin tones.
I love the way that makeup looks changes when it’s used on different skin tones and skin types, even though we are all trying to achieve the exact same makeup look. A huge thanks to the beauties for joining me in this series!

Fall Makeup Look on Three Skintones
Pops of color on the lids are hot fire for the fall, and they were all over the runway this season for fall and winter looks. We wanted to capture a look we saw on Gigi Hadid, because she’s GORGEOUS, and it looks like a fun look to try on all of our skin tones. This makeup look is close to a gray/smokey halo eye, with a pop of red in the center and some gold tones in the inner corner. All topped off with a muted, nude lip.
First up, we have the beautiful Samantha from My Legendary Style. I mean come on… how stunning! I love the way that the pop of color shows up slightly more rosy/coppery on her skin tone, and you can really see the gold in her inner corners.

Next, we have Jasmine from The Jasmine Maria. This gorgeous mama went for the same look, but her pop on the lid looks slightly more hot pink on her skin tone, and a less gold color in the inner corners. Love!

I went for more of an all matte look on the lids, with that super, shimmery gold in the inner corners. You had better believe I will be rocking this look this season for events. I love pops of color like this and it creates such an interesting contrast on the eyes. The shadows in the center are actually a combo of a deep orange and a fuschia pink shade from Colourpop.
